Nice programm although i missed some stuff:
-give the option to work on when your 2da difers from the source 2da, its really anoying to get everything exacly the same as the source while its not necesary (reserved033 instead of **** is also detected as a difference)
-programm the tab key or the arrow keys so you can switch quickly between the different cells, that really speeds up editing stuff
-is it really necesary to check the whole 2da after removing one line, also, give the option to remove more lines at once pls
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 6 that made this score of 7.83 then rounded to 8.

While I Love the concept, and it seems to be a great program.. it's missing some things:
1) Correct Installation instructions. First as I understand it, this is an UPDATE only... yet it contains all the same files that the original did, and I can't seem to see even a reason for the 'setup.exe' file in 1.0 other than to make a nice directory... Is this an actual UPDATE only or a stand alone program?
2) What version is in your download above? When I look at the 'about' page it stillshows v0.2.0 RC1 which is at least 2 versions old according to the revision history file. Is it the wrong EXE or did someone simply neglect to update the About menu's display (I've done that many a time so can't fault you there :)
3) Error handling... OUCH.. For a beta it looks real good, however I had some major problems opening up base files, specifically the Parts_belt (Didn't try any more after that one). Unfortunatly if an error occurs on line x, it goes to line x+1 and sees another error... and so on and so one.. the only way to STOP the program from reporting errors is to simply give it the 3 finger salute (CRTL-ALT-DELETE) and kill the task. This also happens if you tell it to open a base file and hit cancel (changing your mind for some reason).
All in all a great effort, but far from what I'd consider a release candidate, definatly a beta to play around with however, beats the old Cut-and-paste from notepad dance.

Yo! This is one great tool!
I would have one request though. Could you add an ability
to check lines for duplicates?
While combining various haks, this comes up a lot and it
would be great to be able to easily clean things up.
Thanks for all the work. You have made the job ten times
easier already!

Codewheel thanks for the follow up App! I was a little
worried with 1.28 but you came through. Your time and
effort are being used!
Thanks!
