This is a list I compiled to help me when designing new items. This includes all the pictures from the small, thin, medium and large categories. Since it's a document, no pics!
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 8 that made this score of 7.38 then rounded to 7.

This is an outstanding bit of work.
Until now, I had to guess whether the picture I wanted was
thin or medium, large or small -- or even THERE (Hmm.. I
want a green stone-looking thing that is tiny, do they have
one?)
This little PDF file (it's all of 3 pgs long) has
everything, all one one nice menu, easy to see... I can pick
the perfect portrait for my misc. items each and every time.

Nice one. I was just thinking today that the way the
toolset is implemented is not very friendly.

an item and then recognized that I selected the false
