Might I recommend that you never post .xls files without
zipping them first or any other file type either for that
matter.
Some older browsers do not handle them properly otherwise.

Yes, it is worth it. Spell checking each line in NWN is an
extra step for EVERY line of conversation. How many lines
of conversation do you have in the entire module?
There are other benefits. You can build conversations in
your spreadsheet, move code around, complete your edits,
annotate your Text Appears When and Actions Taken scripts.
Then copy and paste (yes, one line at a time) into NWN.
You would be amazed how much faster it goes.

Where exactly can this be pasted into NWN? You mean one
line at a time? Is it really worth the trouble when NWN
has a spell checker or is there some functionality to the
spreadsheet that you didnt mention?
