This is a handy little app, thank you for making it.
Question: What does "Self Check" do exactly?
Also there is a small typo in the lang_english.txt that makes the start button say "stat" instead. Not important but an easy fix nonetheless.

The Readme Instructions are not very clear on this so I will help folks out by posting this here. Excellent Patcher!!!!!
To Create a Hak Patch:
1) Add your files to the PATH directory you wish to update to your Hak.
You can make your own Directory too....ie Placeables Update
2) Now Double Click on the English (or Russian) Batch File.
Info: run make_sfx.exe - see *.bat for example
3) Now in the File Box....place the Hak Filename ie. anvarath_pl.hak
NOTE: The Full Path is not necessary
4) Now in the Path Box....place the name of the folder your stuff is in... ie Placeables Update
NOTE: The Full Path is not necessary
5) Now place some instructions or info in the area to the left.
6) when ready press Stat.
7) The Patcher is now done!!

I love this program, but since it is in Russian, I can't use it to distribute patches to the end users. They can't be expected to follow direction very easily.
Is there any hope of getting a full english translation please? Pretty please?

Does need an english translation for the GUI interface, but if you try it long enough you can figure out what the buttons are etc...

But it "appears" to work, at least I tested it by extracting some mdl and tga files into the path directory and then just used the make_sfx file, it created a new empty_hak.exe and when that was run the empty.hak in the example now contained my pathces....
But this program REALLY needs an english
