Male, but androgenous? Good answer. I am one of those ppl that like different, and I couldn't agree more about elven race (looking more than just humans with pointy ears). Definately check out the portraits of Aerie and Viconia in BG2, and look at their "remakes" by sporeboy!
sporeboy! definately took their elven features (slim faces, almond eyes, scars and arcane symbols) and "humanized" them.
relsh, you earn my respect, and I look foward to more of your work.

I just wanted to post and say I love the whole style of this one. It's nice to see portraits where the subject actually manages to convey an attitude instead of just being a pretty picture to look at. Not that this one isn't "pretty"...I love it. It would make a wonderful character in a module. Looks sort of cagey to me.

the character is male-but androgenous by design.
the manual says the other races find elves strangely attractive and i always thought elves should look different than just a human with pointy ears.

You must be a fan of rangers. I think this one is better than the last, just because you can see the whole character. Is this a male or female, BTW? Nice cloak for camoflauge. It blends in teh background perfectly.
