In all honesty... I've never actually seen an example of Mulhorandi attire. I would assume it had some sort of egyptian overtones. I stumbled upon this model and this is the outcome. Originally a junk portrait.

Dude, she's cool. Very... Egyptian. I've always thought of Mulhorandi people as a cross of Aztec and Egyptian, but that's just me. The side of her head seems to glow, is that intentional? She would be better as a aasimar.
