Tomi Undergallow's portrait was changed to the UGLY! hidious new portrait with HOTU. This will change him back, just put it in your portraits foulder. If you like the new portrait for tomi, but like this one also rename all of the portraits. the names of each portraits must match exactly ecept for the last letter.

Yep, the new portrait makes him look like Frodo. Here, we see him as a vicious assassin with no morals whatsoever. you just unzip the .tga files to your NWN\portraits folder, and it'll override Tomi's new crappy picture :)

I too agree that the new HOTU henchmen portraits suck! Thanks so much for changing Tomi back. I loved his original NWN portrait best. On the new one they didn't even get his hair color right! Bah!
I agree with Balgin, I'd love to see the others' portraits changed back the way they were. Goes to show you don't mess with perfection : )
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 9 that made this score of 7.88 then rounded to 8.

i agree totally, the new portraits are goddamn aweful. i dont know why they thought they needed to change them. and while im on the subject of unnecessary changes, whats up with the new gay walking/running animation?

Thank you!!! I hate the "new" Tomi. I like this one much better. Now if he'd only recognize my character as the one he spent so much time with throughout the original NWN (I had him with me from start to finish)... I guess he got a knock on the noggin, ol' Tomi did. *grin*

Great, now give us the old Sharwyn (the one where the skin tone of the face actualy matched the rest of the body) and the old gnome who looked a bit like Leonard Nimoy. Same goes for the old Nasher and all the other ones they changed. They just made them worse and moved away from the original style. They became cartoony or photoraphic instead of artistic. I know you've done it in non overriding packs but it might be nice to have them all back how they used to look.
