Any chance you two could work together and "re-do" this one? Touching up the hair and lips, and sword.?.
And I always kinda' figured barb's would wear "make-up" for various reasons - war paint, intimidation, camouflage, etc... _________________________ "From down here we can make the whole wall collapse."

I like the pose and expression. That's half the battle right there!
I'd like to see more clarity. There are quite a few blurry spots in the hair, on the hand, the blade, which I'd like to see sharper. The edges are very pasted looking, chunky, if you know what I mean. The coloring is nicely fantasy-like, but I'd like to see eyes more eye colored.
Overall, I like where this one is going.
Hmmmm ... I really love this pic, she looks so deliciously mean, and then the bad haircut! But would a Barbarian gal wear make-up?

Nice picture, but there are a few things that are not ready, that still need some work. The sword for instance, you can see pieces of fur coming through it. The hair is not completely right for her head, it should be removed a little. It seems to much a wig. The hair, face, fur and sword all have a different colour lighting on them (but for good lighting you should ask Dark_Wolf).
I am not putting down your work, but these are just suggestions on which you can improve this portrait.
I like the overall effect, and you've chosen good things to collage with.
