Durdin is a character I play in an Ad&d story at the moment. He is a fighter/cleric, with the special dwarven kit Champion. He serves the god Moradin and never goes anywhere without his trusted blessed battle-axe. Quite a complicated photo-collage which started with this picture: http://www.deviantart.com/view/6300339/ credit for the original picture goes to ente-stock. As you can see there is not a lot left from the original. I think I must have added over 20 picture pieces in this one, took me quite some time. I have painted over a lot of area's as well and relighted stuff. Update: I made the arm longer.
Great portrait. If there's one thing I'd wanted to change, it must the Prussia-looking helmet. :) Otherwise, great portrait, yes indeedy...

Shimamoto: Dank je wel voor de tips maar vraagje: je bent volgens mij niet Nederlands want er staan wat spelfoutjes in de tekst. Verder wel grappig hoor.

Great one!...and some comments 1: I thing the dwarfs shield should be reposisioned 2: The Moradin logo (AD&D god of dwarfs)is placed to much to the right of his shield 3: Maybe lower the top of the axe a bit more so it is resting on top of a stone, holding it like he now does is heavy 4: Those potions (if I see it corect) are real good! and further its superb Grandioos.. en wat cometaar 1: De dwerg z'n schild zou hergeposisioneerd moeten worden 2: De Moradin logo (AD&D god van de dwargen) is teveel naar rechts geplaatst 3: Meschien zou je het uiteinde van z'n bijl iets meer naar beneden moeten plaatsen zodat hij op een steen rust, zoals hij z'n bijl nu houd is het heel zwaar. 4: De potions/drankjes zijn heel goed verder is alles SUPER!!

I like him. He's cute, little and stout, just like a dwarf should be ^_^ The shield does look a little off, but I wouldn't know what to do about that, either. I am a klutz when it comes to armor compositions anyway. You did a great job!

Yeah, more males please. I know it's more fun usually to make nice looking babes, we all like 'em. But there is a shortage of quality portraits for us guys actually want to play as guys. Especially the non-human/non-elf catagory. This is going in my folder for sure...nice work.
