This is my first portrait. Basically made from a picture of Heather Graham. She can be used as whatever you want cause I don't see if she's a fighter or wizard.I didn't change much but I think for my first one it's OK.Thanks to all who supported me. Critics welcome !!!! (especially from Apricane and Phaere :) but please dont be to strict I'm only a newbie in this) AND GUYS, LEARN VOTING FOR SOMEONES WORK !!!!!!
I agree with Phaere ;) Look at the portraits in-game for references. You know, I have created portraits for a very long time, and I still cant get them to look excatly like the portraits in-game, you'll just have to keep trying ;)

One technique you may wish to try is copy/pasting the photo on top of itself and changing the opacity of the paste to about 22%. Then use the effect 'Smudgestick' and/or 'Smart Blur' in varying degrees to give it more of a painted look.
These two filters can turn a photo or Poser image into a good base for an NWN portrait very quickly. :)"Me Go Beer!" - Mr. Dave _________________________ Me go beer!

Maybe you could give it a little more edge by making the light-area's in her faces a little lighter (dodge brush) and the shadows a little dark. That will give it a more dramatic look (to use the mascara-commercial expression), also try adding a little more details, not much, but just to give it that little NWN feel.
Very good picture to start with, but still needs a little more work. Good luck!
