I love your work, really.

I thought at first this was Liz Hurley as well; it does look quite like her (that's a compliment by the way, whatever else I think of LH, she is a beautiful woman - why she felt the need to bother with the whole safety-pin dress thing is beyond me). Sorry, off-topic. This will be another one of yours to add to my collection, feeling dead jealous of your talent - I can't draw for toffee!

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 86 that made this score of 8.11 then rounded to 8.

They're exactly that, Noctiliio, small leather bags on a belt. I based myself on leather art made by a friend of mine.
Cheers,
Amalthea.

I simply have to know how you do that!
Posted by Noctiliio ( ..xxx.xxx ) at 2003-06-15 09:08:00
Welmet!
First of all, Amalthea, I have to say that your portraits are stunning. Official ones from NWN are no match for yours and look more like "amateur" ones than yours ;)
Still, for this one, that i love, I have a question:
What are these two things on her waist, at the end of her arms? Are they leather pockets from a belt or something? I can't figure out...
I was puzzled by this for a while until I decided to post the question...
If anyone knows, don't let me in puzzlement...
Farewell

MEEP ! Wrong. No Elizabeth Hurley here.
I don't always use celebrities, unless their face is -perfectly- suited for the type of portrait I wish to make. 8 out of 10 portraits are based on a perfect stranger, or photo models (I shoot the photos myself).
Cheers,
Amalthea.

She looks like a reincarnation of an indian actress. Good
job, but u can do alot better. Make them look like who
they really are.

I think this portrait would work as well, or better, as a
bard than as a wizard. The colors of her clothing resemble
the "performer's outfit," which would be appropriate for a
bard.
Another excellent portrait by Amalthea. So far, the only
custom portraits I've found worth downloading have been
yours.

Excellent pose and colours. It looks at least BioWare
quality.
