Thanks for the advice. I was told when I left the pic alone without fltering the background and making her look more animated, it looked bad... that's the only reason I did/do that is to try and give it a more animated feel.

But what do yo mean by streching the pic when it's resized? The big pic wasn't resized at all, just the smaller ones for game play... curious as how I could fix that.

When you resize an image, you should always make sure that no stretching is allowed, as it looks highly unproffesional when you do this. Also, you might want to relax with the filters, as it is difficult to tell what's going on in the portrait :) Keep practicing ;)
