Okay SuperDork, here are some questions for you to ponder:
- What is the purpose of a portrait?
- Do photo-edits fulfil this purpose?
- Are there people who download, use and enjoy photo-edits?
- Are you honestly saying that it takes no artistic talent to create a photo-edit?

I hate to burst your politically correct bubble, but most blacks in medieval times were either slaves of muslims or half naked and living in grass huts (because they didn't have the manufacturing stills to make their own clothing advanced weapons or anything else for that matter).
Lol, well I was thinking of the (admittedly stereotypical) Moorish Spain, etc. thing (seems a default for a medieval African char.), hadn't realized there was an npc as I've never played much of the OC.

Cause the character is a middle-eastern or black character and khalid is a middle-eastern/black name.

But seriously: I wouldn't smudge it anymore. I don't agree with Mr_Dave on that. I think he is just a little plain, maybe give a little small detail that makes him stand out some more. And his shirt should cast a little shadow on his skin (yeah Dark_wolf, I'm one to talk about lighting) other than that, great pic.
