The Artist is call WAR i think he does alot of art for D and D books an dragon and dungeon mags.

Yes this is not an image of mine, i just cut it out and made some small changes but i liked it so i upload ( maybe some others like it too) the original image is in a Dragon Magazine (i dont remember the creator of the pic.)

I like it. It's nicely done. Kinda reminds me of Lusipher from Poisonelves the comic.

That's a great portrait - good style, interesting character, good pose and background - but i'm not taking him seriously if i can't see some poison on the tips of those bolts! ;) Keep up the good work!
