This wasn't originally intended as a game portrait, it is a tribute to the Vampire the Masquerade game and is portraying a vampire from the Clan Tremere, the warlock vampires. I thought however it could do as a game portrait as well so I decided to upload it here as it's been so long since I contributed. I lightened it up a little as it came out rather dark when I cropped/shrunk it. It looks a little better big :) Here is the original: http://www.deviantart.com/view/8183954/ And yes, it's Keanu Reeves ;) You can view the the pic I used here: http://www.keanuonline.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=28 **UPDATE** I noticed that this portrait looked *slightly* grainy in-game, -probably because I saved the pics in another editor than the one I'm used to. I'm a bit picky so I did them again ;) Same pics, -better quality. Enjoy!
I noticed that the portrait looked *slightly* grainy in-game, not so much that it should matter unless you're picky like me, but still :P It probably happened because I saved the targa's in another editor than the one I'm used to *shrug*
Anyways, they look better now if anyone wants to re-download them :) "Light travels faster than sound, that's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak"

It's a fantastic peice of work--the only problem for me is that I can't look at it without thinking of Keanu Reeves (not one of my favorite actors). Anyhow, excellent portrait!

Yes I agree Phaere, I too like the smaller pictures that are cut closer around the face best, when it comes to game portraits that is, because it's what matters isn't it? It's the face more than anything that shows the character's personality and as I've said before, I do love a face with character :D
But for this particular pic the original fullsize is better, (I didn't mean the huge game portrait) it loses too much in the resizing and brightness prosess, that's what I meant :) Ah well, it wasn't originally intended as a game portrait anyways but as a tribute to Vampire the Masquerade so it was made with completely other things in mind than making it work as an ingame-portrait :p"Light travels faster than sound, that's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak"
