this is a really good portrait, but i love the hair in the darker version( in the lighter version you lose some of the detail) you might wanna merge the two pics to keep the lightening of the new with detail of the old. just my $0.02

She is way too blurry and still too dark. Sharpen and lighten her some more.

I think this image could use a great deal more definition; it seems blurry.

slightly too blurry but that usually doesn't matter that much ingame as the pics are so small. Like the look on her face

I think it looks a lot better since you lightened her up, but she is still very indistinct.

This works very well as a drow portrait. :) It's a good thing you lightened her up a bit, it's always nice to see your character :D
Don't worry about it, if you had made her lighter in the first place, people would be complaining that she is too light. ;)
LMAO! You're so right Dave :D People will always find something to complain about and critisize. I have never come across people who are harder to please than the average Joe on the vault :p I believe some critisize just because it's in their power to do so because I've seen them complain over the stupidest things. (I'm not at all referring to you Gothgal but people in general)
I think people here need to realise that this is not an art gallery. The portraits are only meant to function as ingame portraits, -not to be hanged on walls to be "oooh'd" and "aaaah'd" at. Personally I don't care how good someone are at merging 20+ photos or how good a painter they are. Skills don't matter much if the character isn't worth playing with. An empty faced character is far worse than a lack of good artistic and technical skills. WEll, that's my opinion anyways.
I just can't play a character without substance, no matter how well he's done. So imo *character* is what makes good portraits, NOT technical skills.

She's a wee bit blurry, but the blur is uniform, which makes up for it. _________________________ Me go beer!

Hey, I fixed her! I didn't realize just how dark she was until you mentioned it... guess staring at her for so long kinda threw me off! Thanks for pointing it out and I hope everyone enjoys!
I like the idea.... A flower loving drow... But its too dark. I can barely make out her features. Perhaps a slight luminescent glow might add something to this picture....
