The outlandish shirt I made for this basilisk pretty much has bard written all over it. Well bard, or reptilian reject from Saturday Night Fever. Enjoy :)

There are so few good lizardfolk portraits... Actually this is the best lizardfolk portrait I've seen yet. The face still bears too many marks of a picture of pet lizard though. Maybe some more work in photoshop can blend it better so it matches the painting style of the background and clothes.

Yeah, the more this one came together, the more I was laughing while making it. Resisting the temptation to put a Disco ball dangling in the background was almost too much to bear.
But, we need more varieties of lizard folk, so...
No armor I had in my vast stock looked appropriate on him, so he got nailed for the 'Bard of the Month' visage.
I have an iguana head I have been messing around with, but the same thing is happening. I can't seem to get anything to look good with the head and neck combo I put together. I've tried armor, clothes, a human body I covered with scales... Nothing designed to fit a human works with an iguana head.
I may just make him a little lizzard body and do a barbarian style out of him. Maybe a mage... Put the Disco ball on his staff..."Me Go Beer!" - Mr. Dave _________________________ Me go beer!
