I took the elf portrait from the game and made some changes to it. I fixed her face to make it not look so round, brightened her eyes and changed the color, added the tattoo from the other elf portrait before it was changed, and some other tiny stuff.

Hmmmm... strange... When I try to select her in Char Creation her portrait is upside-down and the white border is on top... What program did you use when you saved her? Maybe it's the wrong TGA format?

Wow! she looks much better. I always thought the other portrait looked like a chubby version of Xena's Gabrielle. This looks great! A++++
