After that you can highlight and darken until it matches the face again. At the moment it looks like she's wearing some beige turtleneck sweater. I took that from a photo of a caucasian woman and BOY did the skin tones clash. I see what you mean about definition...or lack thereof. Posted by Phaere at 2004-08-13 01:09:00     Jeeez, you have been busy! :) It is a nice enough picture, but I think the neck and chest area look very undefined. There's hardly a shadow or highlights especially compared to her face which is really lighted. If you worked on that area some more I'm sure it will be a fantastic portrait.
