Photo-collage: base model Carrie Ann Moss for the head, body belonged to some model. Added a lot of pieces of clothing, armour, and staff. Also tried to work with the lighting effects and the background together. Input welcome :)

Nope. It was the bright one I found odd. It does look cool, but also odd.

About your points:
The hand is not transparent, but it was holding something and I tried to cover that up with lighting. The staff you can see is because the fingers are spread but I think I did do it a little sloppy. :)
The right pauldron had a very bright light on it (though strange-looking in the collage I found it kinda cool), is that the one you mean, or the other one, which I think fits better than the bright one.

I love the beautiful, imaginative clothing and accessories you chose for her. And the staff is amazing! I'm still in awe of your skill with hair.
A couple of things are strange:
1) The left pauldron looks more real (less painted?) than the rest of her attire.
2) Is the hand on the right really slightly transparent? I could swear I can see the staff through it.

The staff looks somehow wrong in this position, or perhaps it's the lighting of it. it's hard to see it in a 3D-way...hm, hope you understand what I mean
