This time I gave my skills a trial in creating some creature portrait. I wanted to do this for quite some time, because I'm really in love with Hound Archons! In fact I started this one with a nice picture of a Dobermann :) ...and I think these dogs are nearly perfect to start with... the armour was an experiment because I had no real plan how to do it but I'm quite satisfied with it now. Added weapon, background...recoloured, relighted...usual stuff
Oh, thanks for your nice comments :))
I like this painted look much better too, though it's really more work! But if you're willing to spend your time it is rewarding, no doubt.
The armour was intended to look less ordinary, so I think he likes it that way indeed ;) ...btw the ingame model is even less protected!

Nice work. Really interesting and original picture. It has a cartoonesque style to it. I really like this :)

Great stuff! Almost perfect I'd say. Why almost? Well, the armor looks a bit strange the way he's wearing it (like diapers?) with nothing to protect the head and torso. But maybe he likes it that way. Anyway: really, really nice!

WOW! Very cool and very nicely done! I like that you managed to get that slightly painted look to it too, it will blend better with the ingame portraits. Good work indeed."Light travels faster than sound, that's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak"
