Third BG portrait. Aerie and Viconia are my favourite female chars in BG so I ofcourse had to do a portrait of her. Maybe I will do Viconia as well, but we'll see. Created from base image of Charlize Theron ( I think at least), but I distorted her features heavily to try and give her that elfie Aerie look. Hair, and clothing created from several pics.

Aerie has her ears in odd positioning, left and right ears should be the opposite of eachother in height due to the tilt of the head... wierd and very uncommon mistake. Next, this portrait makes Aerie look middle aged and beyond, which makes little sense with your other BG pictures who remain youthful... did Aerie age 300+ years from fighting a wraith or something?
All in all this was done for a character I like, but unfortunatly it is not to perfection, yet alone halfway there... I really wish you did as good on this as the other 30+ portraits I've downloaded from you. Hmm, I think a 5.75 would be a suitable vote for this. Don't use Latin improperly (Lupis means grey, Rufus is red, Canid is dog, so on.) Furries annoy me with their improper usage of such. And I'm a furry!!! Ugh...
Don't vote for Beta things unless told they are finished, unless posted specifically by the author.
Don't abuse the vote and post function, don't vote for your own/friends stuff just to get a high vote. Don't flame vote either just to be an ass.
There is a voting system for how the points are used, even I forget, but we should follow it (and tattoo it to our forehead, lol)

I like this one but have yet to use it. I still think she looks too much like Charlize Theron. Not that that is a bad thing.

Actually, I think the reason people think the right ear is a little high is simply because her head is tilted a bit. The hair's great, but I think the chin's a bit too rounded for an elf. Ah well.

Thanks everyone. You're right about the ear I guess, I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it.
I did like the original picture of Aerie(as I do most of them, I guess my bg portraits aren't meant to outdo them or improve them, they are just my interpretations of the characters, like an ode to the greatest game ever created :))
I'll try and fix the portrait up a bit when I have the time. :)

Now this is very great work. It's a better Aerie than the one in BG II I think.. I never liked those extreme stupid and ugly looking picture of it. I mean not the standard picture was bad, but how Aerie looks on it. This is much better ;-) Congratulations for this great work. Will give it a 10 and a hall of fame click ^^Ja khaless zhah waela
