Another archer-portrait. Hope you enjoy it. It's based on a celebrity-image but I don't want to post the name since it often ruins the whole picture. I'm not quite sure if this is already my final version. Maybe I'll add some accessories later. Feedback most welcome! UPDATED: see comments
@Firiel_of_Imrith: I knew it was you. Because your first comment appeared in my other archer portrait. Thanks again for the compliments. No further additions to this picture - I promise.

Great, that's a real wild elf! Better not to move... But please don't add anything (if this is still at disposal after all the updates already made), I like it that archaic :)

I am still trying to figure out why some people will give rave reviews in the comments but then not vote, or download and not vote. Maybe the "Vote Here" link should say "Rate Here"? I don't know. Anyway, I know where you are coming from on the vote thing.

Thank you so much! No more updates now. ;) *sigh* 156 downloads and 2 lonely votes so far - thanks to both of you, Phaere and Olivia_Chillia.

9.50 for the new eye. Great work Selvan! :)

Yeah, well sometimes I am totally happy with a picture and somebody complains about one thing I totally don't understand , which looks good to me so I get your point ;) Oh well ... I really like the new eye better. You did a great job removing that shining eye-white (uh well you get my point :)), it is much more integrated in the entire picture now. Love it!

I kinda liked the sharp eye. I felt like it sucked me into the picture, forced me to look right into his eye. LOL. It probably should be "eyes", but I have never been able to look into both eyes at once. My husband thinks this is very funny. I see Phaere's point about softening the eye and also like the new eye. This is very interesting, watching portraits evolve. I wish my laptop would connect so I could make adjustments without burning a CD-ROM every time!

Tadaaa! There you go! The right one is the updated eye. Does it look any better already? I'd really like to compromise on this one and not change the eye too drastically. (*keeping fingers crossed*)

I really, really appreciate your great talent and your opinion Phaere, but in this case we're not looking at the same picture it seems. His eye is the part I like most about this! I wouldn't know how to change it. In my opinion it is just as sharp as the entire head. Hmmm... *thinking* Maybe I'll try, just because I trust your judgement.
