I still see some green, his eyebrows seem unnatural and I'm not convinced his hair is blowing, but it's much better than I could do.

The hair thing Selvan mentioned could be rectified with the touch up tool most photo/picture editors have

Ooh he is very nice. The only critique I would add is that his pose is a little stiff. His shoulders seem a little too high up. But love the armour and the face and hair. Coolio :)

It's very nice even without a .jpg preview. ;)
I can almost feel the cold wind.
Some criticism if you don't mind: The hair's darkest areas still have a green touch to them so you can easily tell it's pasted (or painted?). It's nothing you'd have to change though.
