Good portrait. I would offer that improvements could be made in the lighting, making it brighter and making her face look less hidden. The hair casting shadows is fine, but increasing the contrast between the light and hair-shadows would keep the same effect while increasing the lighting intensity of the picture, and making the portrait more alive. While it looks good, her face still looks like a photo - but the background and just about everything in it looks well-done. Again, just to offer a possibility of improvement, if it suits you.
