Another character usable in the Darksun campaign setting. Supposed to be a wandering tradesman, being torn between his elven and human heritage he never stays in one place for very long. Created from a model from models.com. added textures. painted most of his underclothing, added hair, and painted the other parts of his hair. A little more experimental with lights and colours than usual.

Effeminately pretty? Check. Long hair? Check. I'm taking off 1 point for the stubble though. Must be only half elf if he has to shave.

I love seeing the difference between the original picture and the end product of your work Phaere. He was handsome originally, now he's drop-dead pulse-racing gorgeous. I love his clothes and the desert/mountain type background especially. Oh, and I see nothing wrong with the chin either ;) _________________________ Romance Modules List | Male Human Portrait | Anera Modified Portrait | Artwork | Voice Samples
Well the original guy had the same chin, and he didn't seem to be much bothered about it. I tihnk it looks fine myself so I won't change it.
But thanks for the comment. :)

Everything about this picture is gorgeous. Lighting, the soft light on the clothes, the face, the jawline... There's only one eyesore there, and that is poor lad's chin.
It looks like it weighs ten pounds, compared with the rest of his thin features.... Everything else about this photo however is Beautiful.

minor note about .tga format, PSP (Paint Shop Pro) cannot save a .tga uncompressed so don't use it the save the final version. use photoshop or other image program or NWN to make the final Eschew Obfuscation _________________________ Eschew Obfuscation

He is hot. I noticed he has two different colored eyes, which is awesome. Now I'll have to make a male character for once :)

Add to the previous information:
There are five sizes (Huge, Large, Medium, Small and Tiny) necessary for a full portrait set. Take the largest size (256x512) and halve the dimensions each time. Tiny will be 16x32.
@blackfeather:
256x400 image on a 256x512 canvas.
Portraits must be either truevision targa (.tga) or BioWare's "compiled" .tga version, that they call .dds.
If you want the portrait to show properly in the toolset, stick with the .tga.
And remember not to compress it. :) _________________________ best regards,

OMG!!! I'm not one to say that a painting looks hot. I'm sorry, they are painted at times. Your portrait does look like an oil painting.....and he is hot!!! Thought my eyeballs were going to jump out.
BTW hon, what are the graphical sizes needed for the in game portraits?
Now that you mention it, he does look a little like him. But it's not him, I did tweek his features somewhat so it could be I made him more Lars-like while doing so. :D
