Chain is very form fitting due to it's weight and the fact that most of the weight is hanging off the shoulders and possibly split if supported by a belt. However the woman in the picture is wearing scale armour (and scales really should not go round the crotch area but around the hips, ouch.... chaffage alert.) Armour works best with a lot of padding under it otherwise it's nowhere near as useful as it looks. It's really good to see art by someone who's realised that a half elf doesn't have to have huge donkey/rabbit ears and look really elven. Some of them can look quite human.
