After my little armour experiment with Aribeth I decided to try again to paint an entire portrait. I think it worked out okay, not brilliant yet, her eyes are still a bit weird, and the clothing and background aren't very crisp either. But I am pleased I got this far already, and will be practising more. Painted in photoshop 6.0.
Hmmm, I personally found her a little boring without the tattoo's, that's why I added them, so I don't know if I will do a version without. But then again: you might never know. :D Thanks for your comment.

I like the portrait even if the armor looks a little artificial on the big picture but since most ppl will only see the smaller one in game it isn't something big.
I am not so found of the tattoes though. Have you ever considered to post two versions of your pictures in one package, one with tattoes and one without?
If I'm not wrong you did this with your female Red Wizard, one with long hair and one with short.
That way those that wants the tattoes gets that and those that like the picture but dont want tattoes gets one also.

This is awesome for a pic made completely from scratch! I think her eyes are actually pretty cool. Kind of a crazed warrior look. :)
