Well, there was me thinking I hadn't done and seen a drow portrait in a while: until I saw the site today .. :) Oh well, I'll upload it anyway. Usual photo-collage: base body model is Hugo Weaving as Elrond, head model is Jason Isaacs. A simple collage this time: added a few textures for his clothes, armour pieces, created hair. Relighted and recoloured as a whole.
I probably will, but it usually comes up when I see an appropriate base pic and think: ooh, that would make a good drow. :)

This would have to be one of the best, if not THE best Drow portrait on the vault. Awesome! Is there any chance of you making a few more Drow portraits Phaere?

Yeah, on the spot! You can almost feel the sadistic joke he's going to tell you to make your blood freeze. This character is one with the shadows and looks very natural, almost creepy. Great Job. Xyloc

I think my innocent (?) good drow from my "I surrender" portrait would have a difficult time staying innocent with a drow male like that! :) As always Phaere, you've done another fantastic job!!!

Excellent collage. The head actually works pretty well on top of the body, which has to be hard to do. I'm not sure about the background.. Is he standing or sitting? If sitting, what on? Why is it in the middle of the hall?
