The hair is still dotty and you've got some other technical issues (the pattern of the lace where the shoulder and arm of the dress meet does not align, there are visible lines at the finger joints), but the overall effect is very nice. Bonus points for the dress concept (very elegant!), color choice and the cool little magic effect on that one hand.
