I love this portrait myself :) I imagine she could be a cleric in the service of Sel�ne, or maybe a Wizard... Bard? Dont know, she has many opportunities :)

Thank you :) Maybe you're right.. maybe you're wrong. A lot of people like portraits with females who have taken a dive into the pool of powder.. a lot of people dont. Its a matter of taste :)

This is a gorgeous portrait but for one thing - which is the "curse" of almost all fantasy female portraits: Too much make-up.
A little easier on the mascara would make this even better.
That said, it IS a very good piece of art, so of course I'll download it and add to my hak. ;)
But another version with a more errr... natural look would be splendid. :)

Point well taken, and thank you very much! I didnt even notice the triangle myself :) I'll correct this as soon as possible.. I've just returned from a very boring visit to my boyfriends family (who lives on a farm on the countryside in Denmark). Oh well, the food was delicios ;)

This is beautiful. It is tempting to go all ornate, but that would have robbed this picture of its stark beauty. The coloring is gorgeous. You really have an eye for a dramatic portrait.
I'd ease up on the filters and get rid of the white triangle behind her head. Other than that, I'd love to add this to my portrait folder.

Maybe skip the filters on the hair. They give it an odd, bumpy look. And work in some texture in the fabric to keep it from looking like plaster or stone. I'll post more comments in the comments section.
