Well his clothing is a little too futuristic for my taste. He looks good though. I think he have a typical Elf atmosphere over him. I'm not too much for the silver blond hair, I would prefer a more normal kind of blond.
All in all; try and give him a more mediaval look (perhaps recolor his vest to brown and black) and perhaps a more yellow blond hair. All in all he looks good.
