Body constructed from (base) poser 4, and armour made of pictures. Head is model, and background picture.
Hope somebody can use him, I quite like him a lot.
Cr. in photoshop 6.0.

I like his face, it's sort of sweet despite looking tough.

The pose is awkward, but the production is well executed. Thanks for expanding my Portraits folder...:) _________________________ "No matter where you go, there you are." - B. Bonzai

No, I must not look at the total size of my portraits folder after today's binge, I must not...
Anva: I don't mind at all, I've seen it done before to my pictures, and if someone can only use my picture with a different colour be my guest.
I'm into this mostly for others to use my stuff, I rarely play myself these days.
I just really enjoy doing this. :)
And as Deva stated which I think is a very good idea; if there are any requests please post them at the Greyhawk guild forum, so I can put them on a to-do list. That way I'll probably be more reminded of idea's when 'the inspiration's run dry.
Thanks for the votes and comments. :D

I like this piece from Phaere. It has a great background and the colors are nice. I give it a 9 because, I try to be accurate on votes and I like some of her other works substantially more than this. For me a 9 is still high. This is superb work.

I'm currently working on a mod that includes ten or so of your portraits, and I wish to modify them to better fit the characters. It won't be anything grand, just an eye or hair colour change seeing as that's the only thing I can do reasonably well. I wouldn't want to ruin the portraits with my blahis skills. When (if ever) I get the mod done you will be credited for your work of course, I just thought it would be polite to ask your permission befoure I go molesting your pretty portraits :)

Wow, this comment-repetition is really annoying! I believe it happens when you click the "Back" button of your browser after posting. This wasn't the case on the old board, was it?
lol, I like the comments about his pose. I used a miniature figure of Aragorn as background image in poser 4, and I posed him after that figure. It is a bit over-dramatic but I kind of like the pose. :)
Jules: I will send you an e-mail, but I just joined the Greyhawk Adventure guild so I don't think I'll have the time. Sorry. But I am honoured and thank you for your kind words.

Hi- I'm a big fan of your work and am currently using a lot of it in mod I'm working on. Question- would you consider doing a couple of commissioned portraits of specific characters for this mod? I'd love to have you on board and it would be great to have a visual consistency about the portraits I'm using- drop me an e-mail to [email protected] if you'd be up for it (I've got a few ideas on starting images for them too).

Let me amend prior post: I've never seen a Male pose like that to impress a Female, as for a male trying to impress a male.. well, once, maybe... said males sexuality was always a topic for debate however. _________________________ Itinerant Admin: RPGModding.com - Where Modders Muster.

Not to slam Phaere, who does fantastic work BTW, but the 'Posed' thing afore mentioned is probably from his legs... I've never seen a man stand like that trying to impress anyone. _________________________ Itinerant Admin: RPGModding.com - Where Modders Muster.

I like it. Drow are never easy to do. He does seem very 'posed' though--but it could be he's trying to impress a female. Nice balance for an elf--and you chose difficult coloration. You pulled it off quite well when you meshed him with the background.
Good job girl!
