Second commissioned portrait, this time of the Goddes Loviatar.
Blend of (a hell of a lot of) painting, repainted pictures and poser 4 created in Photoshop 7.0.
If you look up Loviatar in the Faithes and Pantheons book,it remarks on how many of her followers are physically attractive in order to cause misery in an emotional way. Its not required of course but I personally would view her as physically attractive with sadistic personality. I think Phaere's portrait contains that glint of evil in her eyes that shows she would probably laugh as you were burned at the stake. I think its great. Say Phaere, did I ever tell you how great your work is? It's the best!

Well I had looked at the WOTC picture before making this one, but I didn't like it either. I know the thought behind bit, but I just didn't like the SM part of it either and the hanging on rings. It's just that artists way of portraying her, and this is mine.

I'm not a fan of the WotC lovitar which seems too masochistic for what I've always seen as a more sadistic god (being evil and all). I do like this one, though she does give me that feeling of Ripley from Alien :)

Another fantastic job Phaere. I love the look on her face as well as the beautiful background. I truly hope you continue to do some more goddesses as well as perhaps a male deity or two.

Witchblade indeed. An excellent portrait as always, Phaere.
