I found this lovely photo in a gallery from some faire, and decided it was a good sorce-pic. What I did: The sunlight was kindof harsh on his white shirt so I gave him a suede vest, the hat however was very dark and 'flat-looking' so I painted in some more light and texture to liven it up. Also added grey hairs to the guy's eyebrows and beard, repainted his face and clothes, added a little texture and gave the pic a new background. I think it may be a very useful portrait in many modules :) A senior villager, a barkeep/innkeep etc. etc.

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 14 that made this score of 7.57 then rounded to 8.

good utilitarian portrait. The changes to the original photo are subtle but effective. well done.

I have actually painted over the whole pic, (exept the background that I just blurred) not just parts of it :) But usually I do it in such a way that the portrait doesn't lose the photo realistic look, as I prefer that to the very painted look. Yes, I know, most people prefer the painted look of the ingame portraits, but luckily there are some that don't ;) I have used no filters at all, only a hint of texture on the hat, vest and chest. Glad you like it :)

I really like this. Looks like you might have painted over parts of the photo, but no obvious photoshop filters. I know some people might complain it's too photorealistic, but that doesn't bother me... I'd rather have authentic any day.
