This is a modification of Edwin's portrait. The robes are black, there is no face, only the eyes (they are from Vampire). It is best used with evil mages/necromancers, but I use it with my good character.

suggestion, rather then tone down the skin colour on the hands, try recolouring it so it looks like he's wearing gloves, then this would be perfect for undead, evil wizards, and even stuff like ohh.. the nazgul, all together

I think this would be the best portrait i have seen yet if not for the color of the skin on the hands. it seems extremely out of place. i personaly thing the skin color should be a light grey, or something not so natural. but that's just me.

Great job man. I actually disagree with most of the others. The hands make the portrait look like an evil/ magical HUMAN. But if you actually meant for it to be a vampire or something then I'd make the skin color more of a pale white. Anyways excellent work "you insufferable monkey" as Edwin would say. :P

Great portrait man
Perfectly for my dark character THNX

WOW i Love this portrait but maybe you could just tone down
the skin colour on the hands not take them away.
WOW!

I like this portrait a lot, but if i were to make a
suggestion, it would be to darken the lighting on the hands
or remove the hands entirely. To me, the hands don't
really match the dark feel of the portrait.

very dark and mysterious.
good work, makes a already dark character darker.
i agree with ReNZoKuZeN
as if Edwin wasn't evil enough, lol.
=)

He looks like me. That alone means he's better than all of
you other monkeys out there. And he's Edwin, one of the
best chacaters in the Baldur's Gate series. Excellent!

To use the Portraits simply put the *.tga files in your
portraits directory.

here I am as per your request :-p ...I like it, looks
nice, good attention to detail. You should do some more.
Try using photos (of non-famous people). :) I reckon you'd
do a good job at it. I wanna see more, come on, let's have
it!

The only way I know to use the portrait in te toolset is
the sequent:
1- Choose a portrait you don't like;
2- Write down its name (E.G. the anonymous portrait's name
is po_hu_m_99_*.tga, where * is h,l,s,m or t);
3- Now rename my portrait's files using the names you've
written down;
4- Add the renamed files to an hak pack (using for example
Zoligato's NWN Packer, or the packer included with the
game);
5- Use the hak pack you've created in the toolset ;-)
The problems are: people which use the anonymous portrait
(which is the bald man on yellow/brown background), will
not see the right portrait, instead they will see my
portrait (if they have the hak pack). People without the
hak pack will not see my portrait, instead will see the
normal anonymous portrait.
(Tell me the portrait you don't like or you want to replace
and I'll make the Hak for you) :-D
