Yes, I could paint them from scratch, but the problem is it takes me about 5 times longer to do so. (i'm a very slow painter ;p ) And quite frankly, I don't see the point. My game portarits aren't meant to be pieces of art, -they're just meant to be workable as in-game character portraits. So imho, all that extra work would feel very wasted. I also have fibromyalgia and suffer from chronic pain especially in arms, neck and back and can only spend a short amount of time on the comp each day, another reason why I prefer the quicker solution ;)

Hmm... been looking through your stuff and I think this is the best, since it looks most like a complete painting. You should try painting *from* reference rather than over it! after all these years I'm sure you've developed the skills. Good work

Simply gorgeous. From the expression on her face, she seems focused yet calm. The colours are beautiful. I love your work and am delighted to see you posting portraits again!
