All in all some very descent portraits here. I think the fairies for one are really good.
A few things did catch my attention though, namely that the ears on both redheadelf and pennyelf seem to be off.
In the case of redhead it is only very slightly of. Placing it a bit upward and to the left should fix it I think.
In the case of pennyelf I think the problem lies in the angle the ear makes in comparison to the lines of the hair. The bottom of the ear should more or less follow the lines of the hair, seeing the line of the hair is what blocks vision on the rest of the ear. I think it would look better if you'd move it up a small bit and turn it by about 30 degrees.
These are just some thinks I noticed with possible suggestions on how to improve. All in all I really think you are on the right path. I definitely like that you also make male portraits.
