Portrait originally created for BG II NPC, Viconia. It struck me that the female game portraits we're nice in their way, but they were rather odd compared to the guys. Being the compulsive noodler that I am, I set out to make replacements--and here is one. Original art--no photos were harmed in the making of this portrait.
I know the discussion on here is dead and buried but seeing as this is on the front page again I couldn't help reading it all. One thing made me smile: "In fiction they do, in fact, have dusky black skin" Fictional facts eh? heh

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 62 that made this score of 8.33 then rounded to 8.

Your portraits are the best, I swear. Your drow portraits are wonderful. They're not trampy or anything! Any thoughts to making male drow portraits? I'd make them, I draw well enough--my photoshop skills are just somewhat poor. ;P

Id really hate to talk some more but: the arguement about the color black and all, i like the outcome of the picture, we cant have all black cuz it just looks stupid so the lighting effects nvm lost myself and im not in an art class anyway so why am i arguing about that??? Yeah the thing about drow understanding color, now i dont play paper DD and i dont play much cpu rpg but wasnt viconia OUTSIDE when you found her, in the LIGHT, where she can SEE COLORS and UNDERSTAND them?? she is an outcast and has been AWAY from the underdark for a while, so thats just my thought (NOOO messed up we're talking bout drows in general right? aww hell i give up)
