I almost always play dwarves and though there are quite a few acceptable portraits out thar (not te mention a few *terrible* ones) somehow none have had that special something!
I keep haaving to remind meself that this one is custom made, since it's by far me favourite portrait to date. I'm DLing it as I type and it'll be perfick for me new Dwarven Alesinger! Thank ye Kaylon!

Wonderful portrait. Would make a great dwarven monk. Although in my opinion the earing is a little much and I would take out the scale mail it looks a little out of place. I think the coloring is great but the nose does looks a little caved in. Keep portraits like this coming out. Oh and how long did this one take you?

Great portrait. There aren't that many good dwarf portraits floating around. This is certainly one of the best I've seen.

Great work again Jason, I love the composition & colours. You are a master of shading & facial muscles. Your portraits have great character!

Your best work yet. I wish more of the good artists would make portraits that could be used for a variety of character types. We need shopkeepers and townsfolk as well as buff warriors.
Keep them coming!

That really is a fantastic portrait, and I think it's the best custom job I've seen yet, keep 'em coming man.

Thanks all :)
Apricane, fair comments made again by yourself, However I wanted a cool feel, so stayed away from reds, also I was trying for a thoughtful look, and actually did not want any Agression on his face at all hehehe that's also the reason behind the "cool" pallet.

Good portrait for a dwarf, and by Mystra, we do need more of them, caus' the one in the game sucks..
Now, the constructive critisism..
More color would have improwed this particular portrait, instead of the cool look it has now. Perhabs you should add more red colors to it, to make him look a little more aggresive.. And i think the nose is a little wrong as well, but this is a minor problem, just work with the colors and the portrait will be perfect.
Im giving you an 8 (;

This is not just one of the best portraits i've seen for NWN, it's one of the best portraits i've ever seen for any RPG. I've always considered dwarfs a bit hollow, but this portrait certainly shows that they can be otherwise. Very very well made... I'm already looking forward to even more from your hand.
