I like it, but I'd much rather see a more "painted" look to it. For the setting of the game, it just fits more to have a painted-like portrait rather than a picture-like portrait.
Also, the medium-light isn't reflected on her skin realistically. What I mean is that the lighting on her skin is noon-white, rather than the yellowish, darker, evening sunlight from the background.
Good portrait for a Bard.
