pretty neat design effort. i like how the downstairs is more subdued and like a wizards kitchen whereas the secure upstairs is reserved for the more macabre experiments. nice area sounds and lighting as well.
this prefab could definitely use a picture or two otherwise only those who download sight unseen will be the few who check this interesting piece of art out.
