This item allows the user to add a tabard to the armor that he is currently wearing. The template tabard is highly configurable, allowing the builder to easily control which tabards are available.
You could configure it to work under any of the recent versions, but you'll only be able to get tabards in a version that has them, which you get with 1.69 or if you include the WCoC content.
I've not looked at it's compatibility with CEP, but it should be perfectly compatible there, or with any other HAKs that include tabards (torso and robe parts).
For screenshots, anybody have suggestions as to what sort I should include? Should I just get some of the 1.69 tabards?
