Better than many I have seen, but the descriptions are a bit lackluster. They are appropriate for level 12 players-- though most do combine AC and immunity misc properties. I always feel Misc. Immunities are a bit overpowered unless they are in an item like an amulet and are the ONLY property.

I d/led it, and liked what I saw. No outrageous or unreasonable properties, I like that. :) Nice color/design sense as well. Very focused.
The only 'con' is that it is such as small, tightly focused package. I personally would prefer a larger package with more diversity of level usability - but you did mention this fact in your description, which I appreciate.
All in all, I give it an 8 (four stars).
And please, go ahead and upload your other prefabs. I would find it useful, and I'm sure others would too.
