This is a basic module that builders can use to start from with no haks other then CEP 2.4, with the intent to give NWN a little more PnP (pencil and paper) D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) feel. To help aid in this attempt this module has the following.

I did not have anything to do with creating these scripts or haks. However I do enjoy using them just as I hope others with enjoy using this starter base fantasy role playing module.

Yes, including various systems in the module makes it a base module. No problems with calling it a base module (or a starter module, or even a starter base module).
It's the part where the module is qualified as "fantasy role-playing" that I see as needlessly redundant (akin to a person putting on airs). Neverwinter Nights is a fantasy role-playing game, so modules for Neverwinter Nights should be assumed to be fantasy role-playing modules unless otherwise stated.
Well this module has the following which basic NWN does not have.
CEP for more options and eye candy
HCR which helps to give NWN more of a PnP feel
ASG Spawn kit that makes random encounters more random, which helps make the world feel more real/alive.
Seamless Transitions this allows players and creatures to transition between areas seamlessly so they do not need to jump to a WP.
Inter-Module Transitions allows for linking modules together as if players were traveling between areas.
I for one feel that all this helps to enhance and set the stage for a great fantasy role-playing game. If others feel the same way then great and please feel free to use this module any way you see fit.
