Apartments that you can place several different types of furniture where you wish for a fun house to have friends over in. You must export the things to .erf files yourself, perhaps i'll get around to doing it some day.

thank for the compliment ^_^ i lost CD key and just recently found it so i've done practically nothing before 2 days ago.. if i ever have the time i might update it with new furniture. and i'll probably fix your underling exploit you said next version when(if) i make it.

In your hammerdestroyer script you have it not checking NPCs - be careful, in a PW that has hirelings this would be gotten around very quickly. Otherwise, lovely!!!!
Novel Idea with being able to furnish a place how the PC wants. Just the interior I really can't use myself. It's basically a complex of rooms for those curious before downloading. Kind of like what you would find in an inn. The custom furniture creation though might be one to bring into you mod so PC's can put what they want where they want if you have a PC's house implimented.
