Description

NOTE: In order to use the test tutorial module, place the dh_fishing.hak found in the Program Files\DH Fishing\HAK\NORMAL\ directory into your NWN HAK directory before doing so. 15 distinct and separate types of freshwater fish. 15 distinct and separate types of saltwater fish. 10 distinct and separate fishing rods. 26 separate types of bait. Persistent Fishing Skill & Skill Tracker log. Moon Phases & Lunar Traveler's Manual. Fisherman's Satchel and the ability to sell mass amounts of fish at a time. Extremely detailed merchant system Builder Customization of fishing environment, skills, prices, etc.

Multiple Configuration containers to customize distinct fishing spots, types of fish caught, etc. Cinematic Camera Animations to make the process flow. Real fish icons for all fish caught and placed in inventory. Persistent conversion for PWDB. Persistent conversion for APS/NWNX2. Base Tutorial Fishing Module. Extremely well written setup and help file knowledge base. ... and the ability to expand on the idea and create new expansions for the system once implemented.

Awesome stuff! We are already using it in our PW project. I can't wait till we have it up on a server and can test it in multiplayer.

Only providing a Windows EXE installer locks out users of other platforms. Could you provide an official ZIP'd version? Thanks!

This is amazingly well done. I read through the documentation and the icons are awesome. The yellowfin is my favorite.
My family have been commercial fishermen for two generations, and I can tell that you love fishing as much as I do, just by how detailed you made it. .

I was interested seeing telapia spelled that way, I've always seen it tilapia, or is that a different fish completely? Either way you spell it, I wouldn't want to catch or eat that thing :-) (in fact, in my first language 'tilapia' is slang for a loose woman, cause it doesn't take much skill or bait to land one and they aren't worth eating once you do.)

Do any persistent worlds offer your fishing yet? I'd like to try it out!
