Well its working on mine. I am wanting to implement an XP penalty on death and not just on respawning. But other than that, this is the best thing I have found so far. I am going to also change Raise Dead and Resurrect to give some xp back to the person that died. If they do decide to respawn instead of being raised, I will have them take even more xp penalty. I also want to change it so that they can lose a level.
But once again, well done on this!

Very good death system. I think it looks great. I'm using this system in my module.

Great work!! awesome readme, man!!! Thank you very much.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 1 that made this score of 10 then rounded to 10.

This prefab, exactly as available here, is now installed in V1.1 of Island Holidays, my module available in the Neverwinter Vault modules section.

My favorite part of doing this prefab was when I got done with all the optional return locations, got it all packaged for submission, then used it to improve the death handling in a couple of my own modules.
I like to make software packages so simple even I can use them easily.
Enjoy, and let me know when you publish a module using my prefab, so I can go take a death in your world.

I haven't tried the code yet, but your README is very professionally done -- complete and thorough. Great job. I'm definitely considering using your system.
