This .erf file is a Portal visual effect placeable, with a custom script attached. Players using this portal in any multiplayer game can be transported directly into the NWConvention Center.

simply unzip, and import the PortalToNWCC.erf into your module. Location in the toolset is Placeables > Custom > Visual Effects. Add this on top of the 'Portal' tile to make this really stand out!
