This is a perfect addition to anybody's module or persistent world. Believe it or not, it is harder to find a detailed small town of this quality on the Vault than someone might think! I recommend this highly, and think the Crypt prefab is equally magnificent. Red's works are all legendary stuff, if I might say so.

Great looking setting. It had a very quiet and compact feeling that gave it a pleasantly secluded atmosphere.

Very very nice. My only complaints are:
1) It's a bit small for a "small town"
2) It will be a lot of work to bring the rest of the module up to this standard if I end up using it =P

Since this uses no HAKs, importing it in an CEP module will not be aproblem. Importing it is all thats needed.Nixies, Pixies, whatever...It's all just a bunch of hippy +blocked+.
So far they all look terrific. I've only D/Led the ones that indicate that they are CEP-compatible. Will this one work with CEP or would it need lots of modification?

Ok, don't hate me, this is almost really good. But the way you did the water is impossible. I know that doesn't bother everyone but it bothers me.
